My wrists hurt. I woke up today with the usual aches and pains that I have grown accustomed to feeling. This wrist and skin and muscle pain isn’t the usual pain I am used to. I am trying to figure out what could have caused this pain but so far I havent recalled a time where I could have hurt it. The Left one hurts a lot more than the right one. I went to get my trusty Arnica Roll on and am waiting for my skin to absorb it.

It was 100 degrees today and of course my migraine was triggered. To make matters worse I am riding that crimson wave and it’s the heaviest day. Midol has been my best friend today. Oh the electrician came today and reset the power from the panel box for the kitchen outlets that had went out and is going to turn in the order letting the warranty company know that we need a new ceiling fan for the den. Eli is happy about that since the den has become his room.

I am tying to stay on track with getting rid of 5 things everyday. Some days I can do it no problem but some days the struggle is real.

Tomorrow is a new day ….
